I really like the meal prep suggestions and plans in this book.
The meals are categorized well featuring healthy options and helpful tips as well. The book does a good job of organizing the trip to the grocery store.. and reducing waste in the kitchen. We are cooking and eating more of what we buy. Overall great recipes and a great book

I bought this book to start eating healthier. First, I really like how the book is set up both between breakfast, lunch, and dinner but also broken down into sub categories based on how simple or quick the meal is to make. This is very helpful in planning which is one of the most important aspects of eating healthy. I find it I don't plan ahead a little, I tend to make bad choices. In this book there are 30 minutes meals, one pot meals, 5 ingredient meals and lots more I am looking forward to trying. Most importantly all of the recipes sound delicious and enticing and the directions are simple and clear. Today for lunch I'm making the turkey stuffed peppers!
