Many thanks for an interesting book on stuffings. I use them in my nut roasts and it is quite easy to make a nut roast using stuffing mix especially when you don't have a lot of time. I look forward to receiving my free books and try them I have never made sushi . Thanks for some interesting idea's and I will hopefully make some new dishes.Jan
