Mark Anderson has a future until disaster and bitterness strike like a bolt of lightning. The promise is gone in a wisp of smoke, replaced by self-pity and anger. A cold-blooded killer escapes from a nearby prison and lives become twisted with his evil, a psychopathic murderer, as he hunts Mark and the others.

The author paints pictures with words that make real the tension, pain, and hurt of the moment. When everything is lost not everything is lost. You'll understand when you read the story. Reviewed by the author of The Children's Story, About Good and Evil.

After losing not only his hero status as a high school star, Mark, loses his ticket out the small town he is determined to leave. Blowing his shoulder in the championship game causes him to become depress and give up everything.

This story read kije an episode of 'Twilight Zone'....the author has a way of bringing suspense to her stories that has a life of its own.

Good job.

This book I found was very enthralling. From the moment I picked it up, I was captivated by the very descriptive narration. I don't want to give anything away in the story line, so I will say this: The book is a easy read full of on the edge of your seat moments. The romance leaves you begging for more and the thrill I got caught up in was an added bonus. I highly suggest this book to others if you like romance and thrills.
