LILY SPRAYBERRY SELLS HOMES AND SOLVES CRIMES
A Georgia realtor is selling a townhouse—but there are perils hidden in the property—in this witty mystery by the USA Today–Bestselling author.
As a realtor with a front row seat to the drama of small-town life, I know that sometimes the things I see can be a little too personal for comfort. But when I'm approached to list and sell the now deceased lacrosse coach’s townhouse in order to fund a scholarship in his honor, I jump at the chance.
After all, what could be better than helping kids while earning a living? But as soon as I get started, I realize that someone is determined to make sure the place doesn't sell - and they're not afraid to ruin my reputation in the process.
Determined to get to the bottom of this mystery, my quirky but efficient sidekicks and I set out to uncover the truth and protect my livelihood, while making sure not to disrupt my boyfriend, the sheriff’s investigation. But as the danger mounts and the stakes get higher, I realize that I may be in over my head.
Will I be able to solve the case and save my reputation, or will I wind up the next victim in my idyllic Southern town?
With twists and turns at every corner, this cozy mystery will keep you on the edge of your seat until the very end.

When she goes ahead and list the property anyway, the unit becomes vandalized to prevent the sale.
Someone is out to make sure that this property doesn't sale unless it's under their own agenda. We have a host of suspects, including four snooty society ladies, a wealthy developer, and even a possible mob connection.
This is a fun story that has some humor, some cranky but hilarious elderly people, and enough twist to keep you guessing what the ending will be.
