This amazing writing duo definitely saved the best couple for last! I have been waiting not-so-patiently for Liam and Maddie and absolutely everything about them exceeded my expectations!
Maddie is same quick-witted, sarcastic, sweet girl that we've gotten to know in the previous books, but we see a fragility to her in this installment that we haven't seen before: with Liam she has such a quiet vulnerability, and even though she tries to shake off his constant rejection with jokes and innuendos, but we see how much it hurts her that he won't let her in.. that he isn't open the possibility of how great they could be.
Liam, with all of his glorious bounty hunting self, is so amazing, and so head over heels for our girl .. Even if he won't admit it Maddie. They've always had such a strong connection, even when they met when she was just seventeen and lied about her age; the chemistry between the two of them is so palpable that you can feel it leaping off the page. He believes that he's not good enough for the amazing girl that's stolen his heart, so he keeps her at a distance. Between her being five years younger than him, plus the sister of Sophie and Lennon, AND with her being a virgin, he doesn't want to ruin her. He learned a long time ago that love doesn't last, that it doesn't exist, so he doesn't want to crush her heart just because he can't give her what she wants.
Through twists and turns that I didn't see coming, poor Liam ends up in a situation that causes him go break Maddies heart.. And his own. But when the truth finally comes to light, can they find a way to be with one another? Or are they doomed from the start?
GOSH, this book is an intense, emotion-filled ride. That cliffhanger, the heartbreak, the suspense, all of it was absolutely perfect! I'm hating that February is so far away because I'm just so impatient and want to know how they get their HEA, but goodness ... This is my new all time favorite book by this amazing writing duo!
If you can handle that torturous cliffhanger, I encourage you to read this amazing book as soon as you can! It is seriously such a beautiful book!! Infinite amount of stars!!

FIVE HULK STARS for Maddie and Liam 😍💖💜!!!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟I couldn't imagine a better book to start my "Reading Challenge 2020" than this one.O.M.G. 😱!!!This is definitely the book I will remember for a long time and I didn't regret any minute I spent reading it.It was a really great book that kept my attention from the first page to the last.And the end?!?!?!I need "Always Yours" the right now!!!"Always Mine" is the fifth book in the "Roommate Duet" series and the first book from "Liam & Madelyn" duet.I love both the main characters.Maddie and Liam are so perfect for each other but they need to work a lot for their happily ever after.I can't wait to find out how it'll all work out in the next book.If you love suspense romance and books by Kennedy Fox, then this is the book you need to read this year!!!Highly recommended!!!
