Tears & Cruor (Blood, Bloom, & Water Book 4) Kindle Edition
Ember Goodwin knows it looks bad that she’s now the champion of water, but she firmly believes that the ends justify the means. Though smitten with her merman prince, she’s not certain they can keep their plans to save those she's wronged secret from the friends and foes alike who would stand in their way.
Ivy Sheppard never saw herself crossing sides to become the champion of blood, but it’s the only way to protect her little sister from their traitorous step-sister. What she doesn’t expect is to fall in love with an undead prince whose days might be numbered.
The fourth book in the Blood, Bloom, & Water series sees friend become enemy and adversary become lover in the climax of the battle between vampires, mermaids, and faeries. After the events that unfold, things will never be the same.

The battle between Blood, Bloom, and water is about to come to to a head. Ember Goodwin knows that it looks bad that she's switched sides and is now the champion for the merfolk. The thing is she truly believes that she's on the right side now and that, when all is said and done, the ends will justify the means. She can't deny that she's smitten with her merman prince but she's not certain that they'll be able to keep their plans to save those she's wronged a secret from the friends and foes who would stand in their way. Ivy Sheppard never expected to become the champion of the blood, but she didn't see any other way to protect her little sister from their traitorous stepsister. She certainly didn't plan to fall in love with her undead prince.
Book four of the Blood, Bloom, and Water was just as exciting and well written as the rest of the series! Amy McNulty has a real knack at writing an story in a way that you can see every character and how everything folds out in your imagination like it was a movie. Every lingering question was answered and I enjoyed every minute of this adventure. If you haven't read this series, you're definitely missing out. I mean with vampires, fae, and merfolk engaged in an epic battle for the survival of their species, how can you go wrong?
I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.
The moment we have been waiting for the final battle comes to light, three contenders who stand to lose something or someone in the end. Full of emotions that help you invest into the book even more with McNulty’s master story telling. Leaving you in the end in disbelief, but also with hope. I can not wait for the conclusion it’s going to be torture waiting!
