A bunny bit me on the finger and everything went sideways after that.

That’s just the beginning of my insane life. The Fascinators, the local ladies’ club, suddenly are incredibly interested in having me join their next Bunco night, which is a thinly veiled excuse to drink and gossip. I’ve been dying to get into that group for years; why now? I’m over forty, my daughter is grown, and all I do is temp work. What’s so special about me?

After I shift into a dragon, things become clearer. They’re not a Bunco group. The Fascinators are a pack of shifters. Yes, shifters. Like werewolves, except in this case, it’s weresquirrels and a wereskunk, among others.

And my daughter? She wants to move home, suddenly and suspiciously. As excited as I am to have her home, why? She loves being on her own. It’s got something to do with a rough pack of predators, shifters who want to watch the world burn. I hope she’s not mixed up with the wrong crowd.

There’s also a mysterious mountain man hanging around out of the blue. Where was he before the strange bunny bite? Nowhere near me, that’s for sure.

Life is anything but boring. At this point, I’m just hoping that I’ll survive it all with my tail—literally—intact.

Shifting into Midlife is the complete series that includes Pack Bunco Night, Alpha Males and Other Shift and The Cat's Meow. Bethany is a single middle aged woman with a college aged daughter, Tilly. She's thrown into the deep end of the paranormal when she's bitten by a bunny she found in her missing daughter's room. She must then catch up on information about shifters, packs, vampires and hunters. Bethany must shed more light on her past to find help for her future.

These stories have a little bit of humor and a whole lot of mother/daughter angst. There's some suspense in entering the dangerous world of the paranormal, and finding a way to protect a daughter who is intent on pushing Bethany away.

Having all these books in one place was fabulous. I just picked it up and started reading and could not put the damn thing down. This, fortunately, works for me!! I really had a wonderful time with these, I felt like I was part of the story and that pleases me to no end. Totally worth reading. Love, love, loved it!

A bunny bites her and her whole world is thrown into chaos, her daughter wants to come home (why) and the ladies of the Bunco group aren't ladies at all!! Whew! A lot happens in this trilogy mother/daughter angst, discovering the shifter world and taking out the bad guys! I enjoyed this series very much and I read everything I can with this creative trio of authors. They are all so talented in their own rite (funny pun) but get them together and watch out! I highly recommend this series and ALL the other series by these wonderfully creative authors L.A. Boruff, Lacey Carter and Lia Davis, I hope y'all love them as much as I do!

A great set of Midlife PR books by some very talented authors. What a great way to dip a toe into the PR world, and to celebrate life and love after forty! These stories were fun, snappy, and great fun. We need more authors to embrace love, no matter what the age may be.

Like twist and turns. Follow Bethany' journey after she gets bite by a bunny. Why did the bunny bite her? Now the Ladies club wants her? How did they know? Wow, they are not just ladies? What about Declan? She is also coming into her self? So Grab this set and enjoy reading this set.

Pack Bunco Night

Bit by a bunny. Invited to Bunco night at the rich woman's estate with people from her high school years that she really wasn't close with. Then the delicious smell of something! Now she has to find a way to save her daughter. Watch out world mama bear is on the warpath!!

Alpha Males and Other Shift

Save the daughter from the evil pack. Basically hide her. Oh what is Bethany going to do with the handsome Declan, the black dragon. She's her and he's just WOW! The hunt is on for her father to find out what they can do to help her daughter but his granddaughter.

The Cat’s Meow

After the take down of the other pack's alpha fell through Tilly, Bethany's daughter, is in hiding again. Now the pack needs to come to a decision on how to take down the panther.

With a pack of female shifters who are like guardians to the other shifters in their area anything is possible! An exciting series that will keep the reader awake to the last page!!.

A Paranormal Cozy this is the Complete Series
Shifting Into Midlife starring Bethany and her daughter Tilly, Fascinators the local ladies’ club that is made up of shifters you have sisters Juniper and River, then Esther, Tabi, Eden, Bailey, and Declan. What could possibly go wrong with this group of gossiping shifters? Read to find out what a hilarious group of shifters these three stories hold and the drama and danger they seem to find themselves in around every corner. I loved the secrets and surprises these stories hold. I have to say the new character in Bethany’s life I loved how well Bethany and Declan work so well and seem to be an extra part of the other’s life. This is a great hero’s page turning mysterious adventure.
