Hi, my name is Ankita Mamgain. I am a health and fitness enthusiast, certified personal trainer and author.
When I was in high school my weight was around 208 pounds, my doctor told me that now they can not do much for me unless I try something myself. I started reading books and taking courses on weight loss. After trying many things I realized that some of the techniques were producing most of the results so I started focusing more and more on those specific techniques which were producing more results and were less painful. In six months my weight dropped from 208 pounds to 142 pounds.
During that time, I realized that there were many people out there trying to improve their health but due to the lack of selective ignorance, most of their time and energy gets wasted on the techniques contributing to least results.
Since then I am trying to help others to achieve the health they desire. I receive great satisfaction from the success of others.
This book is a step forward to help others to achieve a better and healthy life.

The good thing about this book is that gives you the recipe and also all the health benefits that that specific soup can bring you. The recipes are organized in sections depending of what they are good for: weight loss, detox etc.
I must say that I also like the frog on the cover! Highly recommended.
The book is full of various sorts of soup recipes so that everyone can find at least a couple of soups that fit their taste. At the introduction to this book, you will find some useful information about the benefits of souping, how that diet affects your health and its advantages over juicing.
Souping is definitely easily affordable, and I would like to recommend this book to everyone who's interested in starting a healthier diet and to those people who would like to lose weight a bit easier.
I found these recipes easy to follow and with simple ingredients.
